Download and install the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool from Microsoft’s official website (it’s still available via archive repositories or Microsoft’s official distribution points).

select partition 1 Mark it as active:

Type list disk – note the disk number of your USB drive (e.g., Disk 1). Be careful not to select your main hard drive.
