Ramadhir Singh’s wife, seen in a few domestic scenes that highlight his dual life.
The primary antagonist. A shrewd, ruthless coal mafia lord and politician based in Wasseypur. Ramadhir is Sardar’s arch-enemy, responsible for Shahid Khan’s death. Dhulia (also the film’s casting director) portrays him with chilling calm, sophistication, and casual cruelty.
Sardar and Nagma’s younger son. In Part 1, Faizal is introduced as a skinny, awkward, stuttering teenager who idolizes his father but is dismissed as weak. His transformation begins late in Part 1, setting up his rise as the central figure of Part 2. Siddiqui’s nuanced performance captures vulnerability simmering with latent menace.
