The episode opens with the three permanent “Chefs” (comedians in aprons) and two guest “Line Cooks” (idols/actors). Last week’s losing team must wear shrimp-head hats. The winning team gets a 30-second head start. The challenge: Silence Sabotage — cook a recognizable dish while a rival blasts meme sounds, crying sound effects, or ASMR eating directly into your ear. Chef Mina (deadpan queen) tries to julienne carrots while guest star Junho (variety rookie) whispers “Your knife is sad.
