This paper identifies and analyzes the seven primary logistics functions: transportation, warehousing, inventory management, order processing, material handling, packaging, and information management. It further discusses how these functions integrate to achieve logistical objectives such as customer satisfaction, cost minimization, and time utility. The paper concludes that strategic coordination of logistics functions is essential for competitive advantage in modern globalized markets.
